Director of Automated Trading Operations

Position Description:

We are seeking a multi-faceted individual with software development and trade floor operations experience to oversee automated trading operations. This position is a critical, revenue generation side opportunity at the center of our operations.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Automated Trading Operations will be actively involved in trading operations and perform his/her duties from the trade desk. Responsibilities will include overseeing all trading processes on a day to day basis, trouble shooting, and the hiring, training and management of 24 hour team members including both technical and non-technical staff. The Director of Automated Trading Operations will work to streamline processes and provide feedback to in-house software development and network support teams to improve the ease and efficiency of the automated trading operations.

Required Qualifications:

Good communication skills, an understanding of the trading business, the ability to think clearly and quickly in fast-moving, complex situations, and the ability to train and manage others are critical. 3+ years of professional software development experience in C, C++ or Delphi is required.
