Job Title:

Head of Algorithmic Execution

Position Description:

Crabel Capital Management is a well-known, global trading advisor managing over $1B and trading significant daily volume in futures and FX within short-term time frames using automated execution techniques. We are seeking an experienced individual to serve as Head of Algorithmic Execution to materially reduce our market impact costs and to expand our abilities in algorithmic execution. We are looking for sophistication beyond standard VWAP or time slicing methods. This is an outstanding growth opportunity for someone who would like to move up to a leadership position in this area. The Head of Algorithmic Execution will be responsible for the development, testing, tuning and monitoring of execution strategies. Required Qualifications:

• Mid to senior level candidate with a minimum of 5 years hands on technical experience in algorithmic execution in futures and FX
• Proven track record of reducing transaction costs on large, high urgency orders in futures and FX
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and methodologies
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good database skills
• Strong programming skills (Delphi, C++, C#, Java or similar)
• Ability to manage others

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with algorithmic market making
• Experience with high frequency trading
• Experience in equities

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and success in reducing slippage on automated trading
