- We are seeking a career-oriented person to join our team as a Trading Operations Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with software development skills to launch or expand a career in the trading industry.
- Responsibilities:
- The Trading Operations Specialist will be immersed in learning our sophisticated trading operations and become an expert in our complex infrastructure. Responsibilities include monitoring trading processes on a day to day basis, performing trouble shooting, providing input for processes improvements, and providing feedback to software development and network support teams to improve the ease and efficiency of the automated trading operations.
- Required Qualifications:

- BS Computer Science degree, 3.5 GPA or higher desired
- Software development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong logical thinking skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evening and night hours
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional software development experience
- An understanding of the trading business
- Familiarity with Futures and/or Foreign Currencies
- Process improvement experience
